✅ Confirm the user is assigned one of the following roles in D365FO: System Administrator, Budget Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Financial Controller, Accounting Manager, or has the LedgerViewAccount duty

✅ Attempt to open a report under General ledger > Financial reporting

✅ Wait at least 10-15 minutes after assigning roles to allow user sync

Run Report Designer as Administrator
